If the user is a child, a parent, guardian or authorised school adult should contact us on their behalf.
Help us protect your account
Include the account role (student, teacher or organisation), a short description of the problem and the app version if known. Never send a password, full class code or sensitive information by email. We may ask for reasonable verification before changing or disclosing account data.
Privacy choices and account deletion
Signed-in users can delete their account from Settings → Delete account. If you cannot access the account, email us from the adult-managed address associated with it. You may also contact us to request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability or deletion where applicable.
